I reply to everyone, usually within a few days.

What helps most

• Translation errors. The interface exists in French, English and Spanish. If a phrase sounds wrong in your language, tell me and I will fix it.
• Bugs. Mention your browser and what you were doing when it happened — that saves me a lot of time.
• Missing pieces. If you use the tool regularly and something specific is missing, describe your actual usage rather than the feature. A better solution usually comes out of that.
